CONNECTEC JAPAN exhibited at the 2nd [Kyushu] Semiconductor Industry Exhibition,
held at Marine Messe Fukuoka from October 8 (Wed) to October 9 (Thu), 2025.

At the event, we introduced our “CADM (Chiplet Ameba Development Model)”,
an end-to-end contract development and manufacturing service for TSV/RDL and chiplet JISSO,
along with case studies of high-precision assembly enabled by advanced functional materials.
