We exhibited at SEMICON JAPAN 2025, held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, December 17 to Friday, December 19, 2025.
We sincerely thank the many visitors who attended, the numerous inquiries and business discussions we received, and the attention and coverage we received not only from customers but also from the media.
This time, we exhibited under the theme of “CADN (Chiplet Ameba Development Network)”, the world’s first integrated business model for “contract development and contract manufacturing” of chiplet packaging, which we announced to the press on November 27.
True to its name “Chiplet Ameba Development Network,” CADN is a network-based business model that flexibly connects semiconductor-related companies within Japan like “amoebas.” It provides one-stop services from design to manufacturing of chiplet packages, assembling the optimal combination of partners for each project. This business approach drew considerable interest from many visitors.
With over 16 years of contract manufacturing experience since our founding, we handled over 400 projects this fiscal year. With customer cooperation, we showcased more practical examples than last time, focusing on chiplets and including millimeter-wave, sub-terahertz, optoelectronic integration, sensing devices, and material evaluation.
We are truly delighted by the significant interest shown in our initiatives.
